Overview The Jeongmungyeong , also known as the Danyeo-Saemun-gyeong (Multi-loop Fine-pattern Mirror), is a bronze mirror crafted during Korea’s Late Bronze Age to Early Iron Age (around the 4th century BCE). This period roughly corresponds to the later stage of Gojoseon , the earliest known kingdom on the Korean Peninsula. Discovered in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, the artifact was designated National Treasure No. 141 in 1970.
